For the past 40+ years, Sal Sorrentino has been perfecting his sales and marketing techniques. Sal has honed his skills through hundreds of real estate transactions as well as managing and training over 100 real estate agents and brokers in one of the most productive real estate companies in the community. Sal finds the industry enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. In addition to selling and marketing, Sal's training skills include topics such as Real Estate Contracts, Disclosures, Ethics, Consumer Protection and Policies and Procedures. He is particularly adept at issues involving the legal and ethical aspects of the industry.


His commitment is evident in his participation with industry groups, having trained agents for over 35 years, served 2 terms as President of the Board of Realtors, 5 years as State Director for the California Association of Realtors, Chairman of the legislative and Communications Committee as well as the Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee for his Board of Realtors.


Having been born and raised in the community, Sal's commitment to his community has included chairing the Christmas Can Tree canned food drive, memberships with the San Pedro Lion's and Elk's Clubs and participation in "Keller William's Red Day" community service as well as serving on the committee for the Mary Star of the Sea annual Parish Fiesta.


Sal is married to Louise for over 48 years and they have 2 daughters and 4 granddaughters.
